This is an example of a 109 unit Fairbridge Inn Express that was purchased for $2,470,000 in November 2023. The property suffered from low occupancy, below market ADR, and poor customer ratings.
AFTER REBRANDING
This is the rebranded Boardwalk Suites Hotel in Baton Rouge. The exterior of the property was repainted, interiors repainted, and the furniture was replaced. We saw a significant increase in ADR, occupancy, and customer satisfaction. The property value is projected to triple in the first year.
